Refund Policy

1. I have the right to decline any request.2. 50% of payment must be paid upfront after sketch confirmation.3. Commissioner cannot claim that the finished piece is theirs. Watermark will not be removed.4. Art cannot be used with AI in any way (AI training).5. No work will be used commercially.6. Timing and pricing will depend on complexity.7. Process will be regularly shared (commissioner can ask for updates).Both sides require communication so please be active!1. Full refund available if the commission piece hasn't been started yet.2. Willing to discuss partial refund if it's in the process -- depends on completion.3. Will not provide refunds if I am nearly done or have finished the piece.4. If refunded, I have the rights to use the piece depending on its level of completion -- unless it is an OC.Confirmation sketches may look like this!
